On Saturday 5 October, 2024 we were delighted to welcome the Heritage Light Orchestra to St Peter’s Ropley for a 'feel-good factor' concert of popular melodies. The excellent Heritage Light Orchestra, made up of local professional musicians, played music ranging from Elgar and Gershwin and tunes from musicals and films. They were joined by soprano Theresa Lunn, who has performed many leading roles in musicals and operettas. The Concert was a terrific success and raised just over £1,600 for St Peter’s. A huge thank you to everyone involved and, of course, to those of you that came along to support the event.
